Waiting list closure

It is with regret that we are announcing the closure of new referrals to our therapeutic services (one-to-one counselling, support groups, psychoeducation and drop-in groups), starting from Saturday 1st April 2023.

After careful consideration, we have come to the difficult decision to temporarily close new referrals to our therapeutic services due to the overwhelming demand and limited resources to meet the needs of the survivors currently on our waiting list. We recognise this will be very hard and upsetting for many survivors looking for our support.

The team is working hard to ensure we can reopen our waiting list as soon as possible, and we look forward to the day when we can once again welcome new survivors into our therapeutic services. This will be communicated on our website, and on our social media channels.

Survivors currently on our waiting list for therapeutic support will continue to remain on the waiting list.

Our ISVA service will continue to accept new referrals, and our listening service will be here to support anyone who needs it.
