OSARCC is recruiting a Specialist ISVA


OSARCC is seeking to appoint a specialist Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) to work with older adults and disabled survivors and increase access for these groups to OSARCC’s services more generally.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced frontline practitioner with experience of working with older adults or people with physical, learning or sensory disabilities. They will have an excellent understanding of sexual violence and its impacts, as well as the barriers that survivors from the groups above may face in accessing services. They will ideally already be ISVA-trained, however this training could be provided for the right candidate with relevant transferable skills.

Salary: Level 5C - £26,771 – £28,789

Hours: 37 hours

Location: Based in East Oxford with some travel across the Thames Valley region

Contract type: Fixed term until 31st March 2023 (extension subject to funding)
