OSARCC is recruiting an Oxford University ISVA

Oxfordshire Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre (OSARCC) is seeking to appoint an experienced frontline practitioner to lead and deliver a high quality ISVA service to students of all genders at the University of Oxford.
The post holder will work alongside both the Sexual Harassment and Violence Support Service at the University and the ISVA team at OSARCC to to provide pro-active, survivor-led ISVA support to students. They will lead on all aspects of the Oxford University ISVA Service, driving improvements, maintaining policies and procedures and developing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced ISVA with experience of project management, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to form positive relationships with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders. Applicants without formal ISVA training would also be considered if they meet the essential points on the person specification, as ISVA training can be provided.

Salary: Level 6B – £29,433 – £31,432
Hours: 37 hours
Location: Oxford (with home working initially)
Contract type: Fixed-term for 12 months.
