OSARCC is recruiting an ISVA Coordinator

OSARCC is seeking to appoint an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) Service Coordinator to lead our ISVA service. They will lead on all aspects of OSARCC’s ISVA provision, managing a team of ISVAs as well as some key partner relationships.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced frontline practitioner with experience of project and people management, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to form positive relationships with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders. They will ideally already be ISVA-trained, however this training could be provided for the right candidate with relevant transferable skills.

Hours: 37 hours

Location: East Oxford with some travel across the Thames Valley region

Contract type: Fixed term for 10 months (maternity cover)
