OSARCC is recruiting a Finance Manager

Oxfordshire Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre (OSARCC) is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to support our growing organisation.
This new post will lead on financial management of the organisation taking on responsibility for supporting the Senior Management Team to ensure our funds are managed effectively. She will be responsible for the effective management of £750k-£1.5m turnover per annum.
The post holder will be expected to produce high quality written reports and cash flow documents, make evidence-based recommendations for better financial management, cost saving, and will lead on the development and reporting of funder budgets. She will have experience of supporting a growing organisation, and will be experienced in the management of funds from multiple sources within a charity context.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, motivated woman who has excellent financial knowledge, ideally gained in the charity sector and a desire to contribute to a growing organisation working within a collective, feminist ethos.

Salary: Level 6A - £27,432 - £29,432 (pro-rata)
Hours: 21 hours (worked over three or four days)
Location: Oxford (with home working initially)
Contract type: Permanent
