OSARCC is recruiting a Drop-in Group Facilitator


OSARCC is seeking to appoint a Drop-in Group Facilitator to run our Drop-in Groups and Webinars accessible to our service users.  They will continue to develop this service, in consultation with the Counselling and Groups Coordinator, increasing provision to weekly sessions at a variety of times.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Group Facilitator, with experience of organising, planning, and facilitating group sessions, supporting people to come together to engage in activities, talks, and learn psychoeducation around trauma and sexual violence.  The applicant will ideally be someone good at forging links with the community, who can engage with external resources and empower survivors to bring their own skills to support these sessions.

Salary: 5B, £24,505 - £26,504 pro rata, depending on experience

Hours: Part time (10 hours per week) to include regular evening work.

Location: East Oxford* and online.

Contract type: Permanent
