OSARCC is now recruiting volunteers for our Autumn 2020 training!

Are you an empathetic, empowered woman who wants to see a world free from sexual violence?
OSARCC is a feminist organisation comprising women of all ages and backgrounds. We provide a diverse range of services for women and girl survivors of sexual violence, as well as deliver outreach work to prevent further violence.

There are lots of ways you can get involved:
– Offering emotional and practical support via our phone, email and text listening services (evenings)
– Delivering consent workshops in local schools (daytime)
– Offering therapeutic support via our face-to-face counselling service or support group (qualified counsellors, daytime or evenings)
– Organising fundraising and awareness-raising activities (daytime or evenings).

Full training will be provided, as appropriate for each role. OSARCC offers all volunteers ongoing support and supervision, additional training sessions, social events and much much more. We are looking for women who can commit to 18 months with the organisation.

For more information on each role go to our volunteer page.

The deadline for applications is midnight on 30 September 2020. Training commences on 17 October.
