Feedback and complaints

OSARCC aims to provide a supportive, non-directive, non-judgmental, accessible and confidential service for survivors who have experienced dealing with sexual abuse that conforms to best practice. If someone feels that this is not the case, we want to know about it so we can make our service better.

If you would like to provide us with informal feedback, please send us your thoughts to admin@osarcc.org.uk or call us on 01865 725311. If you’d rather do so anonymously, please complete our Feedback and suggestions form.

Your feedback is crucial in enabling us to continue our work as it helps us to improve the support we offer to survivors.

If you would like to make a formal complaint, you can:

· Email: Please send an email to us at admin@osarcc.org.uk.

· Phone: Call us on 01865 725311 and leave a voicemail, and our Admin team will call you back during office hours: 10 AM – 4PM.

· Post: Post your complaint letter to OSARCC PO Box 20, St Aldates Post Office, Oxford, OX2 6GB.

 

We aim to resolve any complaints within three weeks of receipt.
